    1. Caused by not setting the domain cookie setting.
    2. Cache is enabled (disable and refresh to see if it fixes anything)
    3. Menu Item Log In only affected, use another module log in
    4. Waiting Too long on a page before signing in.
    5. Session lifetime is too short, set to 80 min
